For E-Mail
Problem, First of all check that you have enough space on your
server. (Please check it in your control panel - more help on control
panel is available Here) If
the used space is 100% then please check the usage details and if your
mail boxes are full, Please remove mails from them.
e-mail
control Panel:
When you go
to your main control panel and click on "Mail" icon, you will
reach to your e-mail control Panel.

Add/Remove/Manage
Accounts : Manage your mail accounts (More Details Here)

Default
Address : Set Your default address where you want all the mails on
your domain.
You can set info@yourdomain.com if you want all your mails sent to
e.g. xyz@yourdomain.com
If you don't want those mails; which is on the accounts which are not
created like xyz@yourdomain.com
Change it to :blackhole: (The sender will not get it back)
OR Change it to :fail: no such address here (The sender will get it
Back)

Auto
Responder : You can set a simple mail that will be sent to the
sender automatically when the mail comes to the selected account.

Email
Filtering : You can Block the mails you don't want from a
particular user or with a particular Subject or with a particular Word
in the mail, etc.

Forwarders
: You can Forward the mails to your another account from a selected
mail account.
Manage
/ Add / Remove Accounts :

Main
Account is a Master Account as your FTP Username. Login name for
this account is only the username

The
another account is created by you as per your need. Login name for
this account is full email address.

If
you Click on "Show Disk Space Used" you can check the
alloted and used space for that account.

By
Clicking on "Delete" Button: You can delete that
account. (You can't delete the main account)

Web
mail : You can check webmail by clicking on "Webmail"
You can go directly to webmail http://www. your domain . com:2095/
You have to give your password to login.
Please note that Login name for your maim account is only the user
name
and Login name for created accounts are full email address.

Quota
: you can change the Quota (Maximum Space for that mail account) which
is set at the time of creation of the account.

Password
: You can change your password for that account. there is no need of
old password as you are login with the master username & Password.
You can't change the main account password here. To do so, you have to
go to the main page of your control panel.

Configure
Outlook : By clicking on this button, you can download a file and
can run it to create the account in your outlook automatically.
Web
Mail:
You
can Directly go to webmail http:// www. your domain . com:2095/
OR http:// www. your domain .com / webmail OR Click
Here
OR http:// (your IP) :2095/ e.g.
http://75.126.60.110:2095/
Outlook
Configuration:
We recommend
you to set all your account in your Outlook or any other mail downloading
software and not to keep them on server; As it consume the web
space.
